How easy is it to get online?


Its very simple with webmetics. We will mange the entire process for you to ensure you get online as quickly as possible and allow your school to start benefiting from our new website application as soon as possible.

If you choose to start with a new website then we build this for you and then migrate your existing content. We will hand you a working solution that you can then edit and update the content whenever you need to. The Student Management and Billing solutions are very easy to use and it takes no time at all to get up and running.

What if I have an existing website?


The webmetics solution will give you a complete new website solution uses the latest Internet technology. You can of course migrate all of your content across to your new website, including logos and images to maximise your investment to date. Webmetics will manage the entire process and help you with transferring your domain name as well.

What does my set-up fee include?


The setup fee will cover the following tasks activities:

  • Account creation
  • Configuration of website, student application or billing solution
  • Building of layout to include your colour scheme and logos
  • Add the website content is available at time of creation
  • Create the link tracking to the Bytomic ecommerce website
  • Set-up email accounts
  • Documentation for editing content

What's not included:

How long is the contract?


There are no contracts with Bytomic Systems or webmetics. You can cancel the service at anytime by notifying us in writing. Your service will continue to the end of the month in which you cancel and you will have access to all of the content you own at the end of the cancellation period.

How do I pay?

Payment is made at the beginning of each calendar month. Your initial payment will be made by debit/credit card. You will then continue with your monthly service charge via direct debit.
